From a home kitchen to a Brooklyn block
Sunrise Bakery started in a home kitchen in 2019 and moved into a small Brooklyn storefront in 2022. It's still a neighborhood- focused bakery, with every order baked, filled, and frosted by hand for birthdays, office trays, block parties, and everyday celebrations.
What we're known for
A short menu, made for the community
The bakery keeps its menu short on purpose. Round layer cakes, sheet cakes, and cookies rotate through vanilla, chocolate, lemon, red velvet, and seasonal flavors. Rather than trying to offer everything, Sunrise Bakery focuses on the items the neighborhood comes back for most: simple favorites, made well, and ready to show up for any gathering.
